The organizational structure of the College of Our Lady of Mercy of Pulilan Foundation, Inc. (COLM) reflects our commitment to effective leadership, collaboration, and academic excellence. Guided by the leadership of the School President and the Executive Vice President, our institution is organized to promote accountability, transparency, and effective decision-making. Administrative offices oversee essential operations and student support services, while our academic departments work collaboratively to deliver relevant, industry-aligned programs that prepare students for higher education, professional careers, and lifelong learning.

Through the combined efforts of our faculty, administrators, and staff, COLM continuously strives to create a safe, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment.
